Great article and advice, I think this is very helpful and will allow people to actually plan ahead of time for when they have to step away instead of just disappearing. I think as long as you tell you readers that you are taking a hiatus, they will understand and if you can manage to get someone to guest post in your absence then even better.

Ya.. it can be pretty overwhelming often! Sometimes I feel guilty when I take a vacation from the blog!
I found out that scheduling helps the most to have a proper balance and also to “get away” from the blog. It can be quite additive,… sometimes
